I created this portfolio to present my beliefs and up-to-date achievement as an English teacher as well as a MA TESOL student. This will not only show my knowledge, skills, and abilities as an English teacher but also help myself keep on a track.  

This process portfolio was created to keep a record of myself improving as an English teacher as well as a facilitator. Moreover, this portfolio was created for my future employer, current employer, MA TESOL professors, current and future graduate students of MA TESOL. My future employer can reference the portfolio to determine my ability as an English teacher. Moreover, my current employer can ask for the portfolio to assess me as an English teacher. Additionally, MA TESOL professors are my audiences as making portfolio is a part of MA TESOL practicum assignments. Like we did in the practicum class, current and future graduate students of MA TESOL will have a look at our portfolios in order to make theirs.

 

It consists of four main parts: 1) Preface which introduces me personally and professionally, 2) TESOL which includes my TESOL education, research, and work, 3) School which includes my work and achievement in the field, 4) Epilogue which conclude my TESOL experience and looks towards my future.
